We teach students to build the future

AI education that goes beyond prompting. Real code, real models, real projects — for ages 9 and up.

Enrolling for Summer 2026

Our Mission

Random Forest Education is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We teach the next generation to build with AI — through hands-on programs that give students real understanding, real projects, and real momentum.

What we believe

Principles that guide everything we do

Build, don't consume

Students create real AI applications from scratch — not just prompting tools someone else built.

Code is the language

We teach Python, model training, and deployment. Real engineering skills that compound over time.

Understand the why

Not just how to use AI, but how it works. Datasets, training, accuracy — the full picture.

Small by design

Every student gets personal attention. We cap our programs so no one falls behind.

Ship something real

Every program ends with a deployed app. Students leave with proof of what they built.

Free for everyone

We're a nonprofit. AI education shouldn't depend on what your parents can afford.

Our Story

How it started

Summer 2025

The first program

30 students at the San Jose Public Library — West Valley Branch built their first AI apps. Every single one shipped.

Fall 2025

Growing the team

20 more students joined at 7EDU Impact Academy. We brought on Max and Danica as instructors — students teaching students.

Spring 2026

New partners, new instructors

15 students at the San Jose Public Library — Biblioteca Latinoamericana Branch. Joshua and Alan joined as instructors, expanding our teaching team.

Now

Just getting started

100+ students taught across 3 programs, new sessions launching, and a mission to make AI building accessible to every student.
